Vacqueyras White

Beautiful, limpid, brilliant, pale golden-yellow color.

The nose is expressive, fairly intense and complex, dominated by vanilla aromas, with a hint of wood and white flowers.

The palate is rich and full-bodied.

VINIFICATION

  • Hand-harvested
  • Low-pressure pneumatic pressing (less than 1 bar)
  • Careful settling for 36 hours.
  • Alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks for 15 to 20 days, with temperature control (14° to 18°).
  • Aging on fine lees with regular stirring of the lees (1 to 2 times a week) for 2 to 3 months.
  • No malolactic fermentation
  • Racking at the end of winter and bottling in our own cellars
  • Aged in bottle for 2 to 3 months before marketing.
